The best part of this apartment is the caretaker!

I currently live in in a one-bedroom suite, and I’m hoping to “upgrade” to a two-bedroom suite. The current caretaker is one of the best people you will ever meet. He is so friendly, always willing to help, hardworking and really does care for its residents, neighbours and the surrounding area. The apartment itself is clean and the area is safe. This is my first renting experience with Shindico, and they have been very helpful so far. No complaints at all!

Roslyn Road is one of the most beautiful areas

I have a cozy bachelor in a very clean apartment building. I am so close to the bus stop and many stores and good restaurants. The caretaker is always friendly and helpful. I have had a very good experience with Shindico.
